With studio, one, two and three-bedroom condominiums plus luxury penthouses, Manor Vail Lodge is a full-service condominium property that features all the amenities of a full-service hotel, including two outdoor heated swimming pools, four hot tubs, spa, fitness center, The Fitz Bar and Ridge River restaurant. Located steps from Vail Village, Golden Peak ski area, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, and the Ford Amphitheater, Manor Vail Lodge is the complete package for Vail lodging. Manor Vail Lodge is managed by Mountain Mastery Management Inc.
Overview: The Bell Attendant assists guests and owners with luggage, tours of the property, directions, shuttle guests to areas around Vail, etc.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bell Attendant at Manor Vail Lodge, located in Vail, CO. The Bell Attendant will provide exceptional guest services by assisting with luggage handling, guiding guests to their rooms, and providing local area information. Other responsibilities include transporting luggage during check-in and check-out, maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas, delivering items to guest rooms, and supporting the front desk and concierge teams as needed. Outstanding customer service and a warm, welcoming demeanor are expected in all guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create welcoming and positive guest experiences
- Effective communication abilities for providing directions, answering guest questions, and coordinating with team members
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage and other items as part of the role
- Familiarity with local attractions, activities, and travel options to assist and guide guests
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude in supporting colleagues and other teams
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
