Are you a licensed nurse looking for a great schedule and work environment?
Manor on the Hill, a respected Assisted Living community in Leominster, MA, is currently seeking a Wellness Nurse to help oversee the residents in both our Traditional Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage resident needs
- Ensure care is being provided per residents individualized care plan
- Coordinate care plans and communicate with families and healthcare providers
- Supervise direct care staff to ensure high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with all state and company policies
- Provide License Medication Administration as needed
A successful candidate will be a Licensed Nurse with demonstrated leadership skills in Assisted Living and/or Home Care. The ideal candidate will have experience and enjoy working with seniors.
Requirements:
Valid RN/LPN license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Compassionate attitude towards patient care
Schedule:
2 days per week 7am-7pm
Every other weekend Sat & Sun 7am-7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
