Senior Property Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to take full responsibility for a challenging, high-vacancy residential property. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, urgency, and the ability to independently solve problems and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Lease 50 vacant units and maximize occupancy.
- Maintain strong rent collections and aggressively manage delinquencies and evictions.
- Work with Section 8 programs and attend landlord shows to generate qualified applicants.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations.
- Direct onsite staff and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Identify needed repairs and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
- Secure and manage cost-effective vendors when necessary.
- Maintain strong organization, tenant relations, compliance, and reporting.
- Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call coverage.
This is a senior-level, single-property position with significant autonomy and responsibility. A $15,000 performance bonus is available for high occupancy and collections collection achievement in the first months.
Pay: $74,832.00 - $92,350.75 per year
