Part-Time Pest Control Technician – Apartments
Property management company seeking an experienced part-time pest control technician to service our apartment units.
Must have experience with multifamily/apartment pest issues, including roaches, rodents, bed bugs, ants, and other common pests.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and treat apartment units
- Perform follow-up and preventative treatments
- Identify entry points and causes of recurring pest issues
- Keep management updated on treatments and recommendations
Requirements:
- Professional pest control experience required
- Apartment/multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Proper license/certification as required
- Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends
We pay for all pest control materials and supplies.
Part-time, flexible schedule with steady ongoing work.
Pay: $25.30 - $40.47 per hour
