Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manning Personnel Group, Inc., is working with a Biotechnology company as they are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join their growing Human Resources team.

The TA Operations Specialist will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting technology and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIRES:

• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, time zones, and leadership levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, confirmations, panel scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with recruiters to build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent market research.
• Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse and other recruiting systems.
• Support recruiting operations by ensuring efficient workflows and consistent hiring practices.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting technologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse, supporting workflow optimization, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and candidate communications.
• Document recruiting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related function.
• Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
• Experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards, and workforce reporting.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and talent management systems.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
