A growing Boston-based firm is seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. The selected individual will partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop and implement practices, programs, and policies to create environment where employees can develop their careers and have fun while making an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment, including ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, and handling kitchen/food services and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate team-building activities, social gatherings, and company events.
- Provide administrative support to HR team through tasks such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews and supporting employee onboarding and off-boarding processes. May also review resumes and conduct phone interviews.
- Work with Director of People & Culture to maintain employee handbook with updated information.
- Assist with the performance review cycle.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee information.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment and benefits support or HR a plus.
- Highly organized, energetic, hands-on individual with demonstrated capabilities in administrative functions.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
