Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support residents in daily living activities and routines
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed
- Maintain accurate resident records, logs, and incident reports
- Enforce facility rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and structured environment
- Conduct regular check-ins and monitor resident well-being
- Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and program staff to support resident goals
- Facilitate group activities, house meetings, and community-building events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- Prior experience in residential care, social services, or a related setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or crisis situations
- Empathetic, patient, and committed to serving vulnerable populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnight
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
