This position is an overnight position 11pm-7am with Sunday & Monday offExhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality client service and fostering positive client interactionsAdminister operational procedures to ensure facility-wide safety, access control, and compliance with government regulations, including managing reception duties, fire patrols, and surveillance protocols, Monitoring client movement by verifying arrivals and departures, maintaining an up-to-date client/bed count within the facility, generating curfew reports, violations, and incident documentation.Coordinate the timely distribution of meals across all shifts to meet client needs and maintain consistency in service delivery.Engage in ongoing training and staff development initiatives to build and maintain the interpersonal and operational competencies essential for effective job performance.Foster clear and collaborative communication with staff across disciplines to support the achievement of facility-wide goals and objectives.And various other responsibilities.Company DescriptionAt Manna of Life Ministries, we believe in building more than just a workforce—we build a community.
