Main Tasks
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient preventive and corrective maintenance
- Organize, staff, and direct maintenance operations while training and mentoring technicians on best practices and safety
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and high‑voltage systems
- Manage the CMMS to track maintenance activities, schedules, and spare parts inventory
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Conduct inspections to ensure reliability, safety compliance, and adherence to legal and company standards
- Lead local infrastructure and improvement projects in coordination with Corporate Real Estate
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and modern manufacturing practices
- Plan maintenance resources, spare parts, and budgets to support operational needs
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Facilities Maintenance, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience maintaining, repairing, and improving production processes
- Facility and equipment maintenance experience, including electrical work and welding (MIG/SMAW)
- Working knowledge of HSE standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of current National Electrical Code (NEC), Journeyman Electrician License a plus
- Strong technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective communication skills in English; Spanish a plus
- Self‑motivated, able to prioritize work, and make timely decisions in a fast‑paced environment
- Willing to support after‑hours and weekend calls as needed
- Demonstrated results in manufacturing maintenance utilizing maintenance systems
- Ability to work on ladders or aerial lifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have your own basic tools
- Must be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions, company processes and procedures and safety policies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
