The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. Work with the Sales and Planning teams to review Purchase Orders to ensure that MTM is able to meet all customer requirements. Provide timely and thorough feedback to any and all customer inquiries as necessary
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing, along with a solid work history. Organization and strong communication skills are required.
