Quality Technician | Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M)
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2 pm

In this role, you’ll:
- Protect the integrity of our products and processes
- Help reduce scrap and improve efficiency
- Be a key voice between production, engineering, and quality
Your work directly impacts customer trust and operational success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Dispositioning scrap and tracking it in our ERP system
- Creating and analyzing scrap reports to identify trends
- Performing receiving inspections and approving parts for shipment
- Completing product and process audits to ensure compliance
- Supporting documentation updates and creating clear work instructions
- Jumping in where needed—because quality touches everything

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field strongly preferred
