Responsibilities
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect HVAC systems for safety and efficiency
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Provide excellent service and communication to customers
Requirements
- 1 year of HVAC field experience or related coursework is a plus
- No experience required — we provide full training!
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems

Bobs Quality Heating and Cooling began in 1978 and has been family owned since. We are a full service HVAC company and we operate primarily in the Fox Valley. The majority of our business is focused on residential installation and service, with light commercial work as well. We have 18 full time employees and are always looking to grow!
