What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Technical Business Analyst position at Manifest Solutions?
Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a position in Gahanna, OH.
- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks.
- Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
- Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred).
- Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.
Other Preferred Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: GIS or Technology related coursework
- Experience: JIRA, Agile/Scrum
- License/Certifications: Scrum certifications
