Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for an onsite position in Gahanna, OH.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Verify project scope and determine methods of managing and controlling for highly complex projects and programs.
- Plan, estimate, schedule and trend the project.
- Estimate, budget and control project cost.
- Develop, implement and manage quality assurance programs.
- Identify and manage project risk.
- Develop and manage procurement plans for highly complex projects and programs.
- Manage Programs.
- Directs team members on project management skills and techniques.
- Ensures team collaboration, as required, via coaching and development of team members.
- Serves as program manager of highly complex programs including the supervision of sub-team project managers.
- Designs structure of highly complex programs through sub-project formation
- Promotes continuous improvement within the project team.
- Ownership of project financials and vendor management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR Associate's degree with 2 years of related technical/project management experience.OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related business or technical/project management experience.
- Minimum 8 years (in addition to any educational experience in lieu of degree as identified above) IT and Business combined experience including work in one or more of these areas: project management, Agile Framework, major construction, or engineering.
- Certification aligned with project management discipline.

- 7-10 years IT Project Management
- Strong vendor/SOW management financial tracking
- Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience with executive communication and governance forums
- Experience with multiple project types (e.g., in-house development, vendor, off-shore) is expected.
- Knowledge and experience using multiple project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) is expected.

- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
- Clear example of risk identification and mitigation
- Communicates effectively with peers, business partners, all levels of management and executives.
- Ability to work within a structured intake/prioritization model
