Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Analyst for an upcoming opportunity with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract responsible for the performance of work.
MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience in the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. Office Location: Regional Office 26 Federal Plaza (NYC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director and the management team.
- Plans and provides analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development.
- Supports agency business/operational process improvements and modernization projects. Assists with the identification of issues, conduct analyses related to such issues, propose solutions and/or assists with selection of corrective actions.
- Providing recommendations, contributing and preparing briefings for business, management, technology, operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Experience working with the Federal government. Experience with DHS, DOJ, or equivalent, a plus.
