The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in the pre-award and post-award proposal pricing process and will collaborate with teams across the company to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop cost and pricing strategies for federal and state proposals in coordination with proposal teams, program managers, and senior leadership.
- Prepare and review cost volumes, including detailed budgets, budget narratives, and pricing models in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Ensure all pricing submissions are compliant with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS), and client-specific guidelines.
- Perform cost analyses, price-to-win assessments, and risk assessments.
- Support contract negotiations, modifications, and post-award cost analysis.
- Maintain internal pricing tools, templates, and databases.
- Develop and maintain pre-award and post-award pricing templates for Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time & Materials, and BPA/IDIQ type contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support of the Basis of Estimate/Level of Effort and related assumptions.
- Develop Subcontract pricing data calls.
- Support the BD, capture, PTW, and overall pricing strategy discussions.
- Monitor industry trends and government pricing practices to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- 2 years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, contracts, or finance in a federal and/or state contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of government procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
- Advanced MS office skills including Microsoft Excel using complex formulas and cost modeling tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and time sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a remote position with the ability to work night and weekends.
