Manhattan Deli Mentor Is Hiring!

Manhattan Deli Mentor is looking for dependable, hardworking, and friendly team members to join our restaurant family! We are hiring for Bussers, Line Cooks, and Servers. We offer a fast-paced but fun work environment where teamwork, great customer service, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Busser

Our bussers help keep the restaurant running smoothly and our guests comfortable.

Responsibilities include:

• Clearing and cleaning tables quickly and efficiently
• Resetting tables for incoming guests
• Assisting servers and other team members
• Keeping the dining room, patio, and service areas clean and organized
• Refilling supplies and assisting with general restaurant duties
• Providing friendly and helpful service to our guests

• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized

Line Cook

Our line cooks are an important part of delivering the quality food Manhattan Deli is known for.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipe and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
• Properly handling and storing food
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting with prep and other kitchen duties as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can work well under pressure
• Is dependable and punctual
• Works well with a kitchen team
• Has previous kitchen experience or is willing to learn

Server

Our servers are the face of Manhattan Deli and play a major role in creating a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Delivering food and drinks promptly
• Maintaining clean and organized tables
• Answering menu questions and making recommendations
• Handling guest requests professionally
• Working closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Provides excellent customer service
• Can multitask in a busy environment
• Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required
