Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will document the company’s financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. Responsibilities-Accountant
- Enter financial data and transactions
- Analyze budgets and other financial information
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
- Process payroll
Responsibilities-HR
- Manage talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
- Administer employee orientation programs and conduct employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Maintain HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or ADP to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Support change management initiatives and assist with organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism while managing conflict resolution processes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements and assist in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic planning.
- Support HR sourcing strategies through social media management and other recruitment channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Minimum HR field Experience required
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
