Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation in accordance with safety standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, including cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly for new guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks
- Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial for guest relations roles
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay: $10.70 - $18.00 per hour
