As we expand our global presence, we’re exhibiting at IEEE PES T&D, Chicago 2026, the world’s leading event for coil winding, transformer, and electrical manufacturing technology.
We’re looking for a smart, professional, and multilingual Receptionist fluent in English and Spanish to represent our brand at the exhibition stall.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and international guests at our exhibition stall.
Manage visitor inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales/technical team member.
Maintain visitor logs and schedule client meetings at the stall.
Register and manage visitor business cards using our provided software application on a tablet.
Provide translation support (English ⇆ Spanish) during client interactions when necessary.
Support basic administrative tasks at the stall, including managing brochures, business card stock, appointment notes, and refreshments.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English is a must, Spanish prefered (both written & spoken)
Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or exhibition hosting role preferred
Students can also apply
Professional demeanor, confident personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using tablet-based applications and basic tools like Excel.

Date: 5th May to 7th May 2026
Exhibition Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Dress Code: Professional attire required.
Punctuality: Must arrive at the stall at least 15 minutes before opening time. Late arrivals are not acceptable as they reflect on our brand’s professionalism.
