Renu Day Spa is currently looking for an individual with a positive and energetic attitude, punctual, professional, organized, responsible and detail oriented that is seeking, position as a Front Desk Spa Receptionist.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Knowing Booker.com is a plus. Social Media Experience: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest. Must have excellent phone etiquette. Friendly smile and great customer service. Sales experience and/or customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering phone calls
-Book and confirm appointments
-Providing detailed information about our services,
-Engaging clients to up-sell and cross-sell all spa/salon services.
-Greeting all clients
-Process client payments
-Work with minimal supervision
-Dependable, Honest & Hardworking
