The Opportunity
The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph Brentwood seeks a Senior Director of Health & Wellness to lead and unify the teams responsible for the care and wellness of approximately 250 Sisters across a continuum of living environments. Reporting to and in partnership with the President and Leadership Council, the Director will guide both the direction of care and the professionals who deliver it, ensuring that each Sister is supported to continue living her mission with dignity and purpose.
Location, Compensation Benefits
This role is based in New York City, with primary office locations in Brentwood and Queens. Given the highly relational and visible nature of this position, the role requires regular travel throughout the greater New York region, including Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties, to visit Sisters and observe care delivery in practice. Occasional travel to Puerto Rico will also be required.
The salary range for this opportunity is $170,000 – $194,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
