ManeTox Salon is owned by Crystle Iris, Owner and Founder of Mermane Haircare, the professional brand behind the ManeTox Hair Renewal System. This is an opportunity to work within a founder-led salon and receive direct education in our products, protocols, luxury service standards, and client experience.
We specialize in precision long layered cuts, luxury blowouts, healthy-hair and scalp care, and ManeTox Hair Renewal treatments. We do not offer color services.
The Opportunity
We are hiring licensed stylists for two service tracks:
Full-Service Stylist: Customized precision haircuts, healthy-hair trims, long layers and shaping, blowouts, styling, Hair and scalp treatments, and ManeTox Hair Renewal treatments.
Blow Dry Bar & ManeTox Treatment Specialist: Luxury blowouts, styling, and ManeTox Hair Renewal treatments. hair and scalp treatments. Haircutting is not required for this track.
We welcome experienced stylists and newly licensed professionals who are dependable, coachable, and excited to grow. Prior ManeTox experience is not required; we provide education and hands-on training for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver thoughtful consultations and personalized service recommendations based on each client’s hair texture, goals, and hair-health needs.
Perform polished blowouts, finishing work, and ManeTox Hair Renewal treatments according to salon training and approved protocols.
Work confidently and respectfully with all hair types and textures.
For the Full-Service Stylist track: perform customized precision haircuts, healthy-hair trims, long-layered cuts, shaping, and haircut add-ons.
Educate clients on salon-approved aftercare and maintenance.
Maintain exceptional sanitation, organization, and readiness of your station, tools, towels, and service areas.
Manage appointments and treatment-processing windows efficiently while protecting the calm, luxury experience ManeTox clients expect.
Maintain strong product knowledge and represent ManeTox Salon and Mermane Haircare with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Participate in ongoing education, coaching, and salon standards training.
Qualifications & Requirements
A current South Carolina cosmetology license is required before performing any cosmetology services on clients in South Carolina.
Applicants with an active North Carolina cosmetology license are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates may complete orientation and non-client service training while pursuing South Carolina licensure; the South Carolina license must be issued and verified before beginning client services.
A genuine ability and willingness to care for all hair types and textures is required.
Strong consultation, communication, customer-service, organization, and time-management skills.
Dependable, professional, coachable, and committed to an elevated client experience.
Full-Service Stylist applicants: Proven haircutting ability is required. Please submit a portfolio or Instagram showing your cut work.
Blow Dry Bar & ManeTox Treatment Specialist applicants: Haircutting is not required; a portfolio showing blowouts, styling, silk presses, or healthy-hair work is encouraged.
Newly licensed stylists are welcome. We will train the right person in ManeTox services, product knowledge, luxury hospitality, and salon systems.
