Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of 3-5 kitchen staff
- Prepare and execute specialty cuisine and casual dining menu items
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure quality control across all dishes
- Apply advanced sauté and grill cooking techniques
- Clean and maintain station
- Manage end-of-shift inventory to support order placement
