Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cooking Opener to join our team! As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s kitchens operational performance and cooking during your shift. You will help create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. Must have line cooking experience 5-10 years eggs and omelets pans and flat top

Responsibilities:

- Open and set up the kitchen early morning's 4 day work week no nights we close at 2pm
- Able to cook and manage the shift
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
- Cover the shifts of absent employees
Qualifications:
- 5-10 Years Kitchen Experience short order a must
- Previous food service experience and inventory
- Must have breakfast and lunch experience
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to train staff
