Warehouse Order Picker / Packer
Full-time · Day shift · $16–$19/hr
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker/Packer to join our day shift team. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders using a handheld scanner in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pick orders from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner
- Pack orders securely and label them for shipment
- Verify item quantities and product accuracy against pick lists
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature may vary)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- English language skills — a big plus for communication with the team and reading labels/instructions
SCHEDULE & PAY
- Pay: $16–$19/hr (based on experience)
- Shift: Day shift
