We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Content Creator to capture stunning, high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties across Queens & Nassau county. This role is essential in showcasing properties at their best, helping clients attract potential buyers or tenants through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent technical skills, and a passion in capturing video. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise in a fast-paced environment, making every property shine through captivating imagery.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs and videos of properties using DJI Osmo pocket 3 and some videography tools, and may require to shoot some photos as well.
- Manage multiple shoots efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain all images and videos in an organized manner for easy access and delivery.
- Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, art direction, and social media management to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Requirements
- Must have reliable fuel efficient car and clean driving records
- Experience with short form videos, or content creation on Instagram
- Ability to operate camera equipment
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail to showcase properties at their best.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight schedules.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients professionally.
- Knowing how to operate a drone is a plus
