What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder /Robotic (MIG) -3rd Shift position at Mancor Inc.?
Mig welder /Robotic welding
- Must be able to pass an on-site (Mancor) weld test.
- Ability to weld vertical and flat welds with good penetration and quality appearance.
- Math skills- understand merit system.
- Ability to read blue prints / drawings and weld symbols.
- Knowledge of welding process and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with others, operate in safe matter. Must follow process and procedures.
- Must be able to recover robot from any stoppage including shock sensor and or crash
- Able to consistently and properly make manual repairs
- Able to do minor maintenance on robots and fixtures (with authorization)
- Maintain and keep clean all equipment and fixtures in weld cell
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis
- Continuous standing, bending, with motion moving from side to side
- Attention to detail to identify quality issues
- Overtime maybe required
3rd Shift 6:30pm - 5:00am (after training on 1st shift)
Pay will include a 10% shift diff after move to 3rd shift.
(10 hours Mon-Thurs, OT on Fri.)
