JOB SUMMARY
Execute best in class consumer recruitment events in both on and off premise accounts. Engage, sample, educate during events and provide feedback and recaps from each event.
Core Job Functions
- Promote products and provide samples to consumers in Hartford and Middlesex counties
- Provide product education to consumers
- Execute consumer engagement activities (crowler fills and custom etching program)
- Engage consumers with high energy and passion for the represented brand(s)
- Convert consumers from trial to purchase
- Recap each event with pictures and conversion rate data
Position Requirements
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Tips or Servsafe Certification
