Manchester Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
This positions overall responsibility is to assist the Director of Nursing with Nursing Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance wit current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Duties Include:
• Assist the DNS with management responsibilities and in maintaining the quality of care • Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff
Qualifications:
Leadership qualities
LTC/SNF experience
Must have (RN) Registered Nurse license in CT
