We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our barbershops. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and organizational prowess will help maintain an efficient front desk environment at our barbershops.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and booking appointments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for barbers.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries via our booking system and phone with promptness and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area as well as shop cleanliness to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy and typing skills to facilitate data entry and document proofreading.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and customer service is preferred.
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 β 30.0 per week
