What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Mancan?
Mancan Staffing is currently looking for a Assistant Manager for a local apartment community in Fort Myers. This is a full time position.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records.The entrant will communicate with prospects via phone, email and text and be responsible for generating traffic to the office to lease. Great sales skills are a must. He/she will also be responsible for corresponding with residents regarding their customer service issues. The assistant manager will serve as a leader in the manager's absence to the rest of the team which includes a leasing consultant and maintenance technicians. Additional daily duties include any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to make payments to vendors, process resident rental payments and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining property accounting and lease file records.
The schedule will include one Saturday monthly.
