- Utilize Sage Intacct (experience preferred but not required)
- Use Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Complete forms accurately and efficiently
- Scan, copy, and manage office documents
- Answer phones and assist with general office duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors
- Prior A/P experience
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- General office experience (computers, copiers, phones, etc.)
- Ability to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision
