Position Summary:
An Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of ensuring that our project operations run efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Project start up to do list.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings of projects as needed.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Prepares, formats, and edits reports, presentations, and project documents.
- Supports document control processes, ensuring version accuracy and proper archiving.
- Updates databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
