Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Texas-licensed Clinical Supervisor/Child & Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide high-quality therapy and clinical supervision to our team of pre-licensed clinicians. You will work closely with our Head of Clinical Care and collaborate with fellow supervisors and licensed clinicians to ensure clinical excellence, ethical compliance, and strong client outcomes.This role will begin as part-time while ramping-up your panel and the number of associates assigned to your cohort. You can begin as a 1099 contractor role or part-time W2 with the possibility of converting to a full-time W2 position in the future based on performance and timing of associate assignments.
About the Role:
In this position, you will provide direct therapy to children and families while also supervising associate clinicians through weekly or biweekly supervision. Your leadership will help ensure high-quality care and ongoing professional development for our team. As a remote-first company, all care and supervision is conducted virtually, making experience in telehealth environments essential.How you’ll spend your time:
Clinical Services
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families
- Conduct clinical intakes, develop treatment plans, and review progress measures
- Use the Manatee platform and EHR to track progress and maintain compliant documentation
Clinical Supervision
- Provide individual and/or group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians
- Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and professional development
- Ensure legal, ethical, and clinical compliance
- Model family-centered, evidence-based, culturally responsive care
- Participate in supervisor team meetings as needed
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to uphold high standards of care
- Offer insights to help improve clinical workflows and processes
- Contribute to a supportive and growth-oriented supervisory culture
You’ll be successful with us if:
- You are licensed to practice psychotherapy in Texas (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- You meet Texas Board requirements to supervise
- You have at least 1 year of formal clinical supervisory experience
- You have experience providing therapy and/or supervision in a virtual setting
- You have 2 years of experience providing therapy to children and families
- You have availability after 3pm PST
- You are highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment

Compensation
- W2 Full-Time (if converted): $85,000–$105,000, depending on experience
- 1099/Contractor: paid per clinical and supervision hour (to be negotiated based on candidate experience)
License/Certification:
- LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (Required)
- Texas Board-approved Supervisor designation (Required)
