We are looking for amazing pre-licensed therapists (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Texas team.

Our care focuses on:
- Providing care for the whole family, not just the child
- Building and deepening the parent-child connection
- Using clinically validated assessments and technology to supercharge progress
What You’ll Do:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families
- Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions
- 1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
- Collaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and services
- Share your unique strengths through blogs and live events
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in Texas (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)
- Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availability
- Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients
- At least 750 supervision hours remaining toward licensure
