What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the coordination of designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the program areas of supervision.
- Manage, recommend, and participate in student counseling and student accountability with activities such as staff/student confrontation and individual student problems/solutions.
- Conduct monthly audits of staff and student files and ensure compliance with established center and DOL requirements.
- Management of advanced training instructional programs.
- Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
