Job Description

Wage - $19.81 per hour

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Essential Functions

• Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Schedule center review board hearing and prepare files for necessary documents.
• Maintain and track negative incident reports, student contract, student payroll deductions and student bus tickets in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain records and files.
• Maintain appropriate office supplies.
• Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, answer telephone, and convey messages.
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years clerical experience, and computer proficiency required.
• Bilingual- Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 20-30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
