What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for a variety of functions related to career counselors, recreation coordinator, residential living including dormitory management, and secretary in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.
- Hire, train, and coach staff within the department.
- Establish, and implement training programs for employees and students regarding safety & security, residential living, and recreation departments.
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
- Direct program changes; evaluate programs for new students and staff.
- Ensure records for the shift and dormitories are maintained up to date. Monitor timeliness and quality of student case note entries in CIS.
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two (2) years of supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
