What you will be doing: Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah. You’ll beresponsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions

• Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches, participate in center tours, and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
• Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.
• Assist with leading tours, follow on all attendees with an email, text message or phone call.
• Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.
• Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.
• Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking required.
• Social media and computer proficiency are also required.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
