Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $34.00 - $38.00 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:
- Learn and follow written policy
- Work under direction of regional asset manager, property supervisor and on-site apartment manager
- Supervise all personnel involved in maintenance and upkeep of property
- Evaluate staff
- Assign and complete service requests
- Purchasing & account for supplies
- Emergency responses
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years experience as maintenance foreman
- HVAC certification
- Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
- Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Basic computer and internet skills required
- Familiarity with OneSite Facilities, OpsBuyer, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
- Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
