Qualifications:
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Grounds care. Pick-up trash
- Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Understand company policies
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
