• Investigating, evaluating, and resolving medical malpractice claims (hospitals) of the utmost severity and complexity
• Expertly managing coverage issues and negotiating settlements within your authority
• Directly engaging in settlement negotiations and overseeing litigation processes
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the claims process
