Responsibilities :
- Engaging and providing consistent communication with customers regarding Quality
- Lead and oversee all Quality-related compliance audits
- Ensuring that Quality products are shipped to customers
- Collaborate with all elements of the business including the production team, quality department, sales, suppliers, and maintenance
- Be a dynamic leader who will engage in meaningful communications and provide direct and mutual feedback
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and quickly understand
- Understand and maintain a high standard of good 5S practices
