Property Maintenance Technician for 3 Multi Family Apartment Complexes
Lexington and Vaiden, MS areas
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and make ready
- apartment units including but not limited to:
Painting, minor Electrical, plumbing, keeping up grounds and laundry room and processing tenant work orders at multifamily complex.
Minimum 2 years make ready experience required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Leadership skills to supervise junior maintenance staff.
