What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Maintain records and files, and assemble intake charts weekly.
- Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.
- Assists in entering data for lab services.
- Participate in the career development services system.
- Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of related experience or training.
- Valid driver's license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
