Operating 15 bakeries across the U.S. and Canada, producing artisan breads, cookies, muffins, donuts, and pastries
Long term CONTRACT
ONSITE
A significant amount of time will be spent:
- Looking at O&M manuals and spare parts list
- In plant reviewing equipment in relation to spare parts
- Conversations with vendors to create/update spare parts needs and identifying truly critical spares
- Developing a spare parts purchase strategy
