Pricing Data AnalystLocation: Rocky Hill, CT (Hybrid)Type: W-2, TemporaryPay Rate: $30/hr (Hourly, 40 hrs/week)About the RoleSeeking a Pricing Data Analyst to join its North America Pricing & Analytics team. This role supports pricing strategy, analytics, governance, and process execution across the General Maintenance & Manufacturing business unit. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.This role reports to the Head of Pricing & Analytics, North America.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the regional pricing team in shaping and implementing pricing strategies.Manage pricing processes, ensure pricing governance, and maintain accurate pricing data.Monitor pricing performance, including cost reviews, pricing trends, and identification of pricing outliers.Collaborate with category and product management teams to analyze pricing gaps and opportunities.Review and resolve pricing deductions, inquiries, discrepancies, and customer pricing requests.Coordinate the Contract-Through-Distribution (CTD) rebate process and work with distributors, CTD processors, and sales teams to streamline rebate accuracy and minimize errors.Manage quotation-related issues and troubleshoot pricing tool problems (access, workflows, data errors).Contribute to ongoing improvements in pricing tools, analytics, and reporting.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.2 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or business analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing and financial data.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).Demonstrated leadership, project management, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with pricing software (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Pricefx, etc.).Knowledge of pricing governance processes or B2B pricing environments.Work ScheduleHybrid (Rocky Hill, CT)Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
