Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler with stand-up reach forklift experience to join our warehouse team in Worcester, MA. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, storing, and tracking materials to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
Load/unload delivery trucks, trailers, and carriers.
Move materials in/out of warehouse storage and production areas.
Receive, put away, pick, and issue production parts.
Perform accurate inventory transactions in company systems.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Verify quality standards and adjust as needed to meet plant requirements.
Requirements
✅ Stand-up reach forklift experience (must-have)
✅ Steel-toe shoes required
✅ Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
✅ Strong attention to safety and accuracy
