Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management
- Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes
- Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Salary : $50 - $55
