Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented support staff who has human resource and recruiter experience to join our team. This hybrid role combines talent acquisition responsibilities with general HR support functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting with HR processes to maintain a smooth employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers on Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support HR team with employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR support roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; UKG, MS Office Suite, Excel, Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruiting.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
